CAN ELECTRIC CAR BATTERIES BE RECYCLED?

Switching from a traditional gas-powered car to an electric vehicle can mean a lot of changes: plugging in instead of filling up, ditching your semi-yearly oil changes, and getting a new lithium-ion battery every five to ten years. When you do switch out your old EV battery for a new one, most are left wondering what they’re supposed to do with their old dead battery. This is where our infographic comes in. Check it out below for more information on how electric car batteries can be recycled and reused to create new batteries.
